I offer person-centered, trauma-focused therapy in a calm, supportive space where people can talk openly and feel understood. I have over 13 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, caregiver burnout, grief and loss, life transitions, and challenges that can feel overwhelming or hard to name. I bring experience from healthcare, hospice, and palliative care settings, which informs my work with emotionally complex situations, including caregiving stress and complex medical situations. Therapy is collaborative and paced to your needs, and may include the use of worksheets, guided activities, or expressive approaches when helpful. I work with clients to understand how past experiences shape present thoughts, emotions, and responses, while developing practical coping strategies that support stability, self-compassion, and healing.
